Steep-sided Bowl 1151   Price £2000

The shape and style is based on bowls from the late Hellenistic period.

The vessel is made from florets of a single different pattern: a yellow spiral with a purple centre in a colourless matrix. Also included are several rectangular cane sections in opaque white and several in purple with a central white stripe. There is a blue and white network cane around the rim and a yellow and colourless T+H monogram.

Both the inner and outer surfaces have been rotary polished and show fine concentric polishing marks.
